Plot Summary: Higurashi Kagome, after being pulled down a well by a demon, finds herself in Feudal Japan, where she learns that a powerful jewel has been reborn inside her body. After the jewel shatters in an attempt to retrieve it from one of the many demons who was after its power, Kagome must join forces with the half-demon Inu Yasha (also after the jewel's power) to track down the shards of the jewel before its power falls into the wrong hands. Personal Thoughts: Inuyasha is actually a very good production by Rumiko Takahashi. Not to say that the anime is sponsored by Avex Mode, one of the biggest music & entertainment companies in Japan, where the ending and opening of the animes are performed by Hamasaki Ayumi, BoA, V6, Namie Amuro and etc.
The overall story is very impressive where all of the members are joined together in order to defeat Naraku, the evil of the story.
Sesshoumaru, who is Inuyasha's brother, with a cold attitude, strong fighting skills & 3 powerful swords - Toukijin, Tenseiga & Bakusaiga, impressed me the most.
Tōkijin (闘鬼神, lit. Demon-Fighting God)
Tōkijin is a sword crafted by the evil sword smith Kaijinbō from the fangs of Goshinki as part of Sesshomaru's continued efforts to obtain Tetsusaiga or a sword matching it in power. It can fire off extremely powerful blasts of pure evil energy, but because it is filled with Goshinki's malice, only Sesshomaru can wield it without being controlled by it. Tōkijin can be used to blow back and injure an enemy with a powerful pinkish-purple aura, generated as the manifestation of pure hatred. It can also be used to slash at an opponent either directly or with kenatsu, and, like Tenseiga, can perform Sōryūha.
Tenseiga (天生牙, lit. Heavenly Life Fang)
Tenseiga is a sword that can revive the dead. It does this by letting Sesshomaru see the pall-bearer imps that take away the souls of the dead so that he may destroy them with Tenseiga. In extreme cases, the Tenseiga also protects Sesshomaru from potentially lethal attacks. When in use, the Tenseiga has a blue aura. Later in the manga, the Tenseiga is reforged by Tōtōsai to become a weapon, allowing Sesshomaru to use the Meidou Zangetsuha.
Bakusaiga (爆砕牙, lit. Explosive Crushing Fang)
Bakusaiga is the polar opposite of the Tenseiga, as it has the power to decompose any organic material that its blade comes in contact with, nullifying any regenerative abilities while doing so.

Critics & Comments: Kouga, one of the characters in Inuyasha just disappeared, without having any appearance after being injured by Naraku. The story dragged too long for the killing of Naraku. So, the anime stopped halfway. Inuyasha 2, Please continue with Inuyasha 2~
Recommendation: It's a very worth watching anime, with some comedy, romance, and fighting story in it.
