NANA

Plot Summary: On board the train to Tokyo to meet her boyfriend Shoji, Komatsu Nana ("Hachi") happened to sit beside Osaki Nana who was traveling to Tokyo to fulfill her dreams of becoming a musician. The vocalist for her punk band "Blast", Nana aims for a major debut for "Blast" in Tokyo where her boyfriend, Ren, is the guitarist for a popular band "Trapnest". Sharing the same name "Nana", both girls quickly form a bond of friendship. Their paths cross again when they encounter each other while searching for accommodation in Tokyo. Eventually they decide to live together in the same unit and this further strengthens their bond as the two "Nana(s)" go through their love lives and career.

Personal Thoughts: Komatsu Nana is really selfish and bitchy~ Changing the boyfriends over and over again. So, I think it's the right decision for one of her boyfriends - Shoji to leave her and be with another girl, named Sachiko. . . While Osaki Nana is way cooler than Komatsu Nana who likes to cry a lot and good for nothing. Besides, Trapnest is a really cool in both the anime or live action movie.

Comments and Critics: Why is there no happy ending in the story? It is too sad to watch until the end. . .

Recommendations: Recommend to those who likes to watch romance movie a lot. Contains a little bit of bad language, nudity. . .
